On November 14th, 90 people gathered at Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU) for a fundraiser to benefit the Jamie Brennan Scholarship managed by Candia Dollars for Scholars. SNHU Culinary students treated guests to a five course meal while people considered vying for a wide array of silent auction items and gift baskets donated by more than 30 businesses and individuals, including a beach house rental donated by Miville Remodeling and a goalie stick signed by the NHL LA Kings championship team donated by The Manchester Monarchs . More than $9,300 was added to the Jamie Brennan Scholarship fund at the end of the evening.
